Having never heard of the concept of a design sprint before, it’s a useful concept to know:

A design sprint is a time-constrained, five-phase process that uses design thinking with the aim of reducing the risk when bringing a new product, service or a feature to the market. — Wikipedia (my go to for understand new and unfamiliar concepts… lol)

I’m often working with designers to implement copywriting into their projects and this framework seems quite effective.

…design sprints foster team alignment by reducing the number of feedback loops and conversations needed to uncover requirements.

I can recall a few collaborations where I’m working with or consulting teams on the integration of copy and the “feedback loops” can get so tiresome and repetitive.

I’ll definitely be keeping these ideas on ‘design sprints’ in mind for future projects. Thanks for sharing, Nicole Btesh.
